Applicant is praying for extension of time in respect of lifting of minor mineral / sand collected by him under the authorization issued by the State Authority. This court while allowing the petition, permitted the petitioner to remove sand stock within the period of two weeks from the date of the order I.e 2nd August, 2018. The petitioner contends that the order issued on 04.08.2018 by the Additional Collector was served on the petitioner on 05.08.2018 at 7.30 p.m. and the said order remained valid upto 16.08.2018. Considering the above, after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Respondent to permit the petitioner to lift the remaining sand stock in terms of the order passed by us on 2nd August, 2018 upto 23.08.2018 and time is extended. It is clarified that no further extension shall be granted.
