DATED : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- Considering the role attributed to the applicant in the subject C.R, where he is alleged to have introduced the complainant to co-accused Santosh Ingale, the accused no.1 who is alleged to have received the amount on the ground of investment and heavy returns, but has failed to live upto the assurance, the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, make a statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. He state that it will suffice if he report to the police station and render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer.

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Chetan Shridhar Chavan in connection of C.R.No.110/2022 registered with Bandra police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 26th and 27th September 2022 between 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m and thereafter as and when directed.
