Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent. By the impugned judgment and award, the Tribunal has awarded compensation to Respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Tribunal has also allowed withdrawl of 50% of the amount of compensation.

The present appeal is confined to the issue of quantum. Having regard to the overall circumstances, the Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 shall be allowed to withdraw 1/2

The tribunal shall deposit the remaining amount in Fixed Deposit in a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of one year which shall be renewed, till the pendency of the appeal. (C.V.
