The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 on instructions states that the proposal for modificationof the development plan under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 has been referred to the State Government on 14.10.2022 and prayed that State Government be directed to decide the said proposal expeditiously. The statement is accepted.

The State Government to decide the said proposal submitted by Respondent No.4 Municipal Council within eight weeks from today and to communicate the order passed, to the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.4.
