This is an application for condonation of delay of 100 days in preferring First Appeal, challenging the impugned Judgment and Award dated 28th January 2015, as passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.3462 of 2008.

The reasons for the delay are given in paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the Civil Application. Considering the same, the Civil Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
