Ms. Kanchan Pandare, the learned counsel for the Petitioner on the basis of instruction from the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. She however seeks one weeks time to carry out the amendment to the Plaint in terms of leave granted by the impugned order. She also places on record the order dated 20th November, 2009 made in Writ Petition No. 5200 of 2007 in which, there is a direction to the trial Court to endeavour to dispose of the Suit as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Accordingly, leave is granted and this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Petitioner is granted a weeks time to carry out the amendment in terms of the impugned order.

Further the trial Court is directed to dispose of the R.A.E. Suit No.279/556 of 1998 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one year from today. 5.
