CORAM : PRADEEP NANDRAJOG, C.J. & N. M. JAMDAR, J.

DATE : 13th JUNE, 2019 P.C.

1] The Petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that due to docket explosion in the Court, it could not be taken up for effective hearing. The reason why the Petition has been rendered infructuous is because it relates to the Petitioner's grievance of marks awarded to him at the examination conducted in the month of April and May 2015. The Petitioner alleges mis-match between marks awarded in relation to certain questions attempted/answered awarded nil marks for the answers, Petitioner claims that the answers BGP. 1 of 2

are as per model key.

2] Exams have been conducted thereafter in the year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Surely the Petitioner would have re-taken examination in the subsequent year and thus explains the Petitioner not interested to pursue the Petition.

3] The Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
