By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish sureties in connection with Sessions Case No.08 of 2015, arising out of C.R.No.176 of 2014 registered with the Gamdevi Police Station, Mumbai.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant has furnished the sureties, however the same are pending verification. 4.

In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, by way of indulgence and as a last opportunity, time is extended by a period of four weeks to furnish the sureties. 5.
