1] This is an application for intervention by the first informant Ms. Amrita Amit Upadhyaya in CR No. 459 of 2017 registered with Vimantal Police Station, District-Pune.

2] For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, both Criminal Applications are allowed is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3] Applicants in A.B.A. Nos. 910 and 911 2018 are directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out on or before 10th December 2018 and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 within the same stipulated period.
