Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the proposal regarding inclusion of the name of the Petitioners in Shalarth System and allot Shalarth ID in accordance with law and in light of the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.8966 of 2021, decided on 21 February 2022, as early as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the order. 4.

If the proposal is approved, we further direct Respondent No.3 to enter name of the Petitioners in Shalarth System and allot them Shalarth ID and issue necessary directions for release of salary with arrears.

Rule is discharged. No costs.
