None appeared for the applicant when the matter was called out. The prayer clause (A) of the civil application is for early hearing. The prayer clause (B) is for order and direction against the Industrial Court to pay interest to the members of the applicant Union.

The Writ Petition is already on board for hearing and final disposal. The prayer clause (A) is accordingly infructuous. Insofar as prayer clause (B) is concerned, since the matter is already on board for hearing and final disposal, such relief is not considered at this stage. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
