Heard. By this application, criminal appeal preferred by State of Maharashtra against acquittal of applicant in Prevention of Corruption Act is prayed to be heard expeditiously. Learned counsel for applicant has contended that due to pendency of appeal, applicant is deprived of time to time promotion, who at the time of incident, worked as a clerk in the Office of Assistant Labour Commissioner, Sangli.
