This civil application for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1.

The application has been duly served on the existing as well as the proposed respondent. An affidavit of proof of service is filed. None, however, appears for the respondents. The civil application is within time.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. 4.
