This civil application is for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.16. There is a delay in taking out the present application. Notices have been issued to the legal heirs sought to be impleaded. The office report shows that the notices have been duly served. The Respondents are absent. The reasons for delay are set out in para 3 of the civil application.

For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The appeal be served on the newly added Respondents. Notice of the appeal be made returnable on 27 March 2017. The Appellant is permitted to effect a private service and file an affidavit of service by the next date. S.O. to 27 March 2017.
