P.C.:- By this application, the Applicants have sought to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned counsels for the Respondents. The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the delay is of 34 days. He submits that certified copy was ready on 3.10.2015 and not on 10.8.2015. Even if it is considered that delay is of 34 days, in my Megha 1/2

Megha 11_caa_186_2018.doc considered view the reasons given in paragraph 3 of the application, constitute sufficient grounds to condone the delay. Under the circumstances, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The Appeal be registered.
