On hearing the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of this matter, as the prayer is to issue a direction to respondent No.1 to hear and decide the application for Caste Certificate dated 25.08.2011, in accordance with law, which is, as stated, still pending.

The concerned respondent, therefore, is directed to
