The order dated 19/7/2014 rejecting the Application for expeditious disposal of the Civil Misc. Application No.217 of 2008 which has been filed invoking sub-section 2 of Section 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. The Petitioner may renew his application after six months if by that time, the said Civil Misc. Application No.217 of 2008 is not decided.
