This is an application for restoration of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1380 of 2017. The application was dismissed for non prosecution on 30th July, 2018. Immediately , thereafter, the present application for restoration preferred on 8th August, 2018. It is submitted that this Court had granted interim protection on 3rd August, 2017 which was continued till the dismissal of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1380 of 2017 is restored to file alongwith interim protection which was granted earlier.
