The subject matter of controversy in the present petition concerns pendency of the application for approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as an 'Assistant Teacher'. The application for approval appears to be pending before Respondent No. 1- Education Ofcer since July 2017. The application must be decided by the Education Ofcer one way or the other. In the premises, the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No. 1 to decide the application for approval of the Petitioner's appointment submitted by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on 25 July 2017 as 1 / 2
