By the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the purported order dated 02.07.2016 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Baramati thereby fixing the basic auction price of the suit property.

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy and without availing the same, petitioner has directly approached this Court. I find substance in the said submission. In view thereof, the petitioner is relegated to adopt the alternate appropriate remedy.

Interim relief stands vacated.
