On 14/08/2018 this Court has granted Ad-interim protection in favour of the applicant.

Having heard the learned respective counsel what could be inferred from the record is the complainant has come out with a case of marriage on 04/06/2017 and thereafter alleging disowning the said relationship.

The contents of F.I.R. reflects that complainant remained in

2 903.1622.18 aba.doc physical relation with applicant since 2015-2018. In view of law laid down by the Apex Court in the matter of Dr. Dhruvaram Murlidhar Sonar Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors [Criminal Appeal No. 1443 of 2018], the Ad-interim granted to the applicant stands confirmed. The submission made on instructions by the learned counsel for he applicant that applicant shall give his blood sample and will also undergo medical test as and when directed by the Investigating Officer is accepted. In view of this following order: (A) In the event of arrest in Crime no. 78/2018 registered with Malvan Police Statio, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 08/02/2019, 11/02/2019 and 15/02/2019, in addition, as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. Application stands disposed of.
