1. Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the petitioners states that by the order dated 20th February, 2017 passed in companion Writ Petition No.8523 of 2013, the petition was dismissed. This petition was not listed on that day and therefore it remained pending for disposal. Mr. Desai submits that in present petition facts are involved are similar and the aforesaid order dated 20 th February 2017 would govern this petition as well. He further states that to his knowledge there is no challenge to the order dated 20th February, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.8523 of 2013.

2. In the circumstances and in view of the above submissions I pass the following order :

(a) Writ petition is dismissed.
