Learned counsel for the parties consent that till the hearing and final disposal of both the suits (Special Civil Suit No. 86 1/2

(12) AO 1023-14 of 2014 and Regular Civil Suit No. 706 of 2013) the ad interim order dated 06.10.2015 passed by this Court directing the parties to maintain status quo shall continue to operate. In view of this consensus, the appeals are not required to be adjudicated and the same would stand disposed of in these terms.

The parties are at liberty to approach to Trial Court with a request to expedite the hearing of the suits. The Trial Court shall consider the request of the parties on its own merits. 3.

Both the Appeals from Order are accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

The Civil Applications also do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.

5.

Needless to observe that the Trial Court would dispose of the suits on its own merits and without being influenced by any observations made in the interim orders.
