The petitioners by this Petition have challenged the action of Respondent No. 4 deleting the names of the petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 and other 87 members from final voter list of Shri Kallappanna Awade Magasvargiy Industrial, Co-operative Society Ltd. and also enrolling new members by preparing false records. 2.

The petitioners have also impugned the order passed by respondent No. 2 dated 26 July 2018 rejecting the objections filed by the petitioners to the Final Voter List.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in their affidavit in reply dated 23 September 2018 have stated that the election process of the said society is over and newly elected Managing Committee has taken charge on 10.09.2018.

In view of the above statement, nothing survives in the present petition.

Petition is dismissed.
