Since role attributed to the applicant is that of signatory to the agreement and no other allegations in relation to the beneficiary of the payment which was paid to the accused No.1 are alleged against the applicant, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 2.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant in the event of his arrest in Crime No.724 of 2021 registered with Tulinj Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 of IPC be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 4.

Applicant shall attend Investigating Officer as and when directed.
