Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. The order passed on the representation made by the petitioner is a subject matter of challenge before the Central Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.535/2018. The challenge in this petition is very limited. The Central Administrative Tribunal by order dated 10th August 2018 kept the matter for hearing as to interim relief on 23rd October 2018. However, the limited protection granted in terms of paragraphs-10 and 11 in terms of judgment and order dated 8th May 2018 in Original Application No.356/2018 was not extended. Considering the limited challenge, this petition need not be kept pending and the same can be disposed by passing the following order:

SKN 2/2 9169.18-wp.doc (i) To enable the petitioner to prosecute the prayer for interim relief in Original Application No.535/2018, we direct that the petitioner shall not be relieved till 27th August 2018;

(ii) We make it clear that all the contentions on merits are kept open and the Central Administrative Tribunal shall not be influenced by this limited relief granted while dealing with the prayer made by the petitioner; (iii) Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
