There is no reason to entertain this petition. This is because the only grievance of the Petitioner is that the date given by the State Government to consider her revision application against order dated 20/08/2015 is 15/09/2015 and in the meanwhile, she requires some protection, else she apprehends that the impugned will be executed.

Since the revision petition/interim application therein is to be taken up for hearing on 15/09/2015, the impugned order dated 20/08/2015 shall not be executed till 16/09/2015. However, it is made clear that the Petitioner or for that matter, the managing committee of the Respondent No.6-Society shall not take any major financial or policy decision/s during the operation of this interim protection.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
