This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in C.R. No.169/2016 registered with MHB Colony Police Station, Borivli, Mumbai.

In view of the facts mentioned in the application, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in ABA No.1113/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Smt. Poonam Bijoor as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the original complainant within the said stipulated period. 3.
