Learned A.G.P. submits that the petition seeks direction to decide the proposal filed by respondent no.3 for verification of caste claim pending before respondent no.2 - Committee. Learned A.G.P. has taken instructions. He makes a statement that respondent no.2 - Committee would finally decide the proposal of respondent no.3 on its own merits within 5 months from today.

In view of the above statement, the writ petition stands disposed of.
