1) This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties. The applicant is directed to be released on bail by an order dated 16.3.2016 in Bail Application No.357 of 2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the process of verification of sureties is completed and the documents of the said sureties are now placed before the Trial Court for its acceptance.

2) In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, period to comply with the process of furnishing sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4) Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the registry of this Court.
