1] The petitioner is appearing in person. We repeatedly asked him whether he wishes to proceed with this matter, but his only answer is that on the same cause of action and for the same grievances, he has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. He is not interested in pursuing these proceedings, but states that he would prefer to wait till the Supreme Court renders its final decision in the pending proceedings, which are instituted in that Court by him.
