By this Petition the Petitioner seek directions to the authorities to allow him to give one surety in all pending cases, in case he is released on bail and also all cases should be tried by one Court. In the first case, so far as grievance of allowing him to give one surety in all pending cases is concerned, he has to make individual applications before the concerned Court/Courts where the cases are pending, and secondly he wants that trials to be conducted in all 8 cases by same Court. For that purpose, the Petitioner has to furnish better particulars of the said pending cases. Perusal of the application filed by the Petitioner, we find that there are vague averments without particulars. Hence the prayer of the Petitioner cannot be acceded to. Hence the Writ Petition stands rejected. lgc

(32) wp-3164.16.odt We make it clear that in case the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, it may be open for the Petitioner to apply before the concerned Court/ Courts where his cases are pending for consideration of his grievances.
