The appeal bearing Appeal No.12 of 2023 fled by the petitioner against the order dated 18 May 2023 passed by the respondent No.2- Collector, Kolhapur is still pending before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. In that view of matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by respondent No.2 shall remain stayed till fnal decision of Appeal No.12 of 2023 pending on the fle of Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division.
