Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the said position. In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner in respect of the elections being not held is assuaged. Hence the petition is turned infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
