By a separate order passed by this Court on 13th October, 2015 this Court has admitted the second appeal on substantial questions of law formulated in the said order. By an order dated 13th October, 2015 this Court has granted ad-interim reliefs in this civil application and granted interim injunction restraining the respondents from creating any third party right, title and interest in respect of the suit property.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 13th October, 2015.
