The Petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the State Information Commission dated 19.3.2014. By the said orders appeal filed by the Petitioner under the right to Information Act was dismissed. On perusal the said order, we do not see any reason to interfere with the said order, while exercising our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
