This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the original Respondent No.1 Shridhar Pophale on record. Learned counsel for the Applicants invited my attention to the paragraph No.6, wherein it was mentioned that the legal representatives of the Respondent No.1 were already taken on record in R.C.A. Considering this inadvertent mistake, the application is allowed. The legal heirs mentioned in paragraph No.3 of this application are allowed to be brought on record as legal representative of the Respondent No.1 late Shridhar Pophale in Writ Petition No.9737 of 2021.

The cause title of the Writ Petition be amended within a period of four weeks from today.
