In view of demise of the respondent no.1 to this appeal, first appeal stood abated. Civil application is filed by the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 for return of the original documents set out in paragraph 11 of the civil application and has rendered an undertaking to tender photocopies of those original documents and produce the originals as and when requisitioned by this Court. Undertaking recorded in paragraph 12 of the civil application is accepted.
