The appeal has been instituted in the year 2003 against the impugned decree passed by City Civil Court, Bombay on 29th April 2002. There are reasons in the application which justify the prayer for an expeditious hearing of the appeal.

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The appeal be listed for hearing on 30th November 2021 alongwith Civil Application No.233 of 2021, taken out by the applicant therein, for impleading as a party respondent to this appeal.
