Today when the matter is called out Mr.Ojha, learned counsel for the Applicant confirms that cheque of Rs.50,000/- has been received by his client. The learned counsel for the parties tender across the Bar a schedule of payment for arrears which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification, according to which, the payment of arrears would be made.

Mr.Ajay Patne, learned counsel for the Respondent in the Interim Application (Original Revision Applicant ) states on instructions that with respect to the future payments, a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month would be paid to the Respondent in the Civil Revision Application by 10th of every month. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this court. 4.

The interim application accordingly stands disposed of in above terms.
