The appeal bearing Appeal No. 6 of 2023 fled by the petitioner against the order dated 16 February 2023 passed by the respondent No.2 - District Collector, Kolhapur is still pending before the respondent No.1- Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. In that view of matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by respondent No.2 shall remain stayed till fnal decision of Appeal No. 6 of 2023 pending on the fle of respondent No.1- Additional Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division.
