The Crime Police Inspector who is present in the Court assures that the communication issued by the Office of DCP to the Nodal Officer of the mobile company about making available of CDRs of the accused and the complainant, shall be placed before the Court below in the form of supplementary charge-sheet, within a period of eight weeks from today. Since, the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted.
