The Civil Application seeks condonation of delay of eight days in filing the Civil Revision Application. Two attempts were made for service of the civil application on the Respondent. On both occasions, the premises were found locked and service could not be effected. Learned Counsel for the Applicants/appellants tenders copies of postal track records. Anyway, considering the nature of the controversy in the civil application, there being merely a delay of eight days and it having been adequately explained, the civil application is allowed by condoning the delay. Office to register the Civil Revision Application and place the same for admission on 4 November 2019. Civil Application No.374 of 2019 is disposed of.

In addition to Court notice, the Applicants/appellants may serve the Respondents by a private notice and file an affidavit of service by the next date. The Applicants are at liberty to serve the Respondents at such alternative address/es of the Respondents as may be available with them.
