The petitioners submit that they are residing at different places in Bhilaowadi Gram Panchayat. They desire to get their names registered in the voters list, Bhilaowadi Gram Panchayat. It is submitted that petitioners have applied for getting their names registered in the voters list of Bhilaowadi Gram Panchayat by filing appropriate application. It is submitted that acknowledgement of filing of such application is never provided. According to learned Counsel the elections to the Gram Panchayat are to be held in month of November 2015. 2.

Preparation of Voters List is a continuous process. Designated officers are appointed for the said purposes. For the purposes of holding of election of Gram Panchayat Assembly list is taken as a basis and in

2/3 case the petitioners had filed appropriate applications for getting their names included in the list of voters, the concerned authority would take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In that case, we direct the Collector to issue appropriate instructions in accordance with law.
