Grievance of the Petitioner is that though the Petitioner had made complaints to the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 about the safety concern and likelihood of the explosion due to fire in the installation and laying of the Pipeline Gas Connection by the Respondent No.4 but those complaints have not been considered and no steps have been taken by the said Authorities in regard to the safety of the premises. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No4Mahanagar Gas Ltd. submits that the Gas Company is taking all necessary precautions and is complying with the provisions of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006. 4.

The learned AGP as also the learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submit that the Petitioner's complaints shall be looked into and if required necessary steps will be taken in regard to the Petitioner's grievance.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AGP and the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1-Municipal Corporation we dispose of the Petition by directing them to do the needful on the complaints of the Petitioners, if required, as expeditiously as possible.
