This Appeal is preferred by the New India Assurance Company Limited against the judgment and Award dated 11th April, 2012 passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P. No.

Rane 2/2 781 of 2009. Respondents no.1 and 2 (original claimants) are present before the panel.

The parties to the Appeal have settled the claim and executed consent terms on 8th December, 2018. Respondents no.1 and 2 admit the consent terms. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The copy of Aadhar Card of respondents no.1 and 2 is taken on record as proof of identity. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- being the statutory deposit be refunded to the appellant. Refund of Court-fees, if any, as per Rules.
