1] The Applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with CR no.528/2002 which invoke offence punishable under Section 304 read with 34 of the IPC.

2] While admitting to protection on 13.09.2022 the whole factual scenario was analysed by me and it was noted that the deceased was sitting on the parapet wall and he lost his balance and accidentally fell on his head, and, therefore, custodial interrogation was not necessary. 3] Now, The Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer. It not the case of the Investigating Officer that he still requires custodial interrogation. In the wake of above, order dated 13.09.2022 is made absolute.
