Heard learned counsel for the Applicants - original accused Nos.1, 2 and 3 and the learned APP for the State. All the Applicants have been convicted under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code for causing the death of Reshma. The Applicants are now seeking bail. Learned counsel for the Applicants states that at present he is pressing this bail application only in so far as Applicant No.1- Shobha Mali is concerned and as far as the other Applicants are concerned, he seeks liberty to file a fresh application for bail at a later stage. Thus, this application is being considering only in relation to Applicant No.1-Shobha Mali and as far as the other Applicants are concerned, liberty as prayed for is granted.

Applicant No.1 is a lady. She is sixty years of age. Looking to these facts and the facts and circumstances of this case, we are inclined to grant bail to Applicant No.1. Hence, the following order - Applicant No.1- Shobha Mali to be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen thousand only) with one surety to make up the said amount. During the period that Applicant No.1 is on bail, she will report to Narpoli Police Station once in two months i.e. on first Monday of every alternate month.
