Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial has commenced. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present application.

It appears that the applicant is in jail for more than two years. Considering this fact, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. In case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, then the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court.
