The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 22 May 2018 rejecting the challenge of the Petitioner to the order of transfer on promotion dated 2 December 2016. The Petition came up on board on 15 February 2019 where notice was issued and no interim order was granted. Thereafter, the Petition has remained pending. Therefore, nothing survives in this Petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
